At the time I purchased beautiful and memorable jewelry for my wife and daughters from unique strands of pearls to semi precious stones. Gabriella came to our home in Franklin,Tennessee and personally walked us through the stone selection and design process. UPDATE 12/26/24: The bracelet I purchased from this business has a small piece that broke off. I contacted the business in November to see if it could be repaired. I paid for the shipping and waited patiently. I had email communication with the assistant and she was very helpful. I was sent a tracking number for my bracelet to be shipped back but there was no tracking and it showed the package was never received. I sent follow up emails and was informed that the shipping label was created but my repair was still pending. I was given a date of 12/22 that it would be shipped, but it still wasn't shipped. Long story short, I sent several direct messages to the business owner on Instagram to ask about this bracelet and was told it would ship 12/26. When I checked the tracking number, it still showed that package was not received. The owner responded to me "that just because it was with usps it doesn't mean it was going to be scanned and at this point usps can help me." I was shocked at this business owners lack of concern and how she responded to me. I will never spend money with this business again, and neither should you. Poor quality and lack of concern and care for their customer. I've attached screen shots of the business owners responses to my inquiries so you can decide for yourself if this is someone you would want to do business with. Aloha! While visiting Chelsea Market on a recent trip to New York, I happened upon the Human Design Hawaii Studios table, and I'm so glad I did! The jewelry is beautifully designed and crafted. The pricing is very reasonable for the materials used (sterling silver, 14k and 18k gold, pearls, moissanite, ruby, other gem stones, etc.) My earrings came with their certificate of authenticity for the gemstones in each piece. The jewelry designer herself was not there during our visit, but we worked with her assistant who was managing the table. She was knowledgeable about each piece, took time to make suggestions, and she also answer our questions. I'm thrilled to have found something so wearable and so dazzling by Human Design Hawaii Studios!
