Warranty and Repairs Process

At Human Design Studios, we know that fine jewelry is meant to be worn — and with wear, life can happen. Whether it’s a scratch, a bend, or a missing stone, your jewelry deserves a second life. That’s why we offer lifetime complimentary repairs on all eligible pieces purchased directly from our website.

Let’s walk you through how easy it is to request a repair, and what to expect from start to finish.

How to Request a Repair

  1. Log in to your account on our website.

  2. Navigate to My Account > Repairs.

  3. Select the order and submit the repair request form. You can upload up to 5 images of the damaged item and leave any notes or special instructions.

  4. If your piece is missing a stone, don’t worry — we can replace it! (A replacement fee will apply based on the current market rate.)

Once submitted, you’ll automatically receive a payment link to cover the cost of shipping.

Shipping Details

  • Repairs are complimentary, but shipping costs (to and from our studio) are the client’s responsibility.

  • After your request is received and shipping is paid, we’ll email you a prepaid label. You can use any small box or padded envelope to return your item — no waiting in line, just drop it off!

  • For international repairs, we ship via DHL with competitive rates. Import taxes and duties will be your responsibility.

What Happens Next?

Once your piece arrives at our studio:

  • Our jewelers will assess the repair.

  • If additional charges apply (e.g., stone replacement or if the product wasn’t purchased at full price), we’ll send you a separate invoice before starting the repair.

  • If you don’t agree to the repair cost, we’ll return the item and only charge for shipping.

You can track your repair at any time by visiting My Account > Repairs, where you’ll see status updates like:

  • Pending

  • Processing

  • Completed

  • Rejected

 

Sweet Return

Once your repair is completed, we’ll send your jewelry back using the same prepaid return shipping label, ensuring a smooth and secure delivery.
