- First, you will need to place your order through our website.
- Once your order is placed, please email the details of your desired design to [email protected]. Your order number should be the subject of the email. Please feel free to attach any reference photos.
- Once we receive your email, one of our designers will reach out to confirm the details with you and share the renderings for your approval.
- Upon design approval, we will begin producing your ring. The entire process can take anywhere from two to four weeks depending on the scope of work.
