Shipping & Order Timing

Ready-to-Ship Orders:

  • Orders from our “ready to ship” category will ship within 72 hours.

Made-to-Order Pieces:

  • Orders from other categories are made to order and production begins 48-72 hours after the order is placed.
  • Typical production timing is between 1 and 4 weeks, as all of our jewelry is handmade to order.
  • For custom orders, lead times will be discussed during the customization process.

Shipping Details:

  • Non-Custom Orders: Shipped via USPS flat rate with tracking details sent to your email.
  • Custom Orders: Once complete, you’ll be notified via email to coordinate shipping. We use UPS insured shipping with a typical 2-day delivery window and may require a signature upon delivery. We do not dispatch packages over the weekend due to insurance considerations. For convenience, you can have your package held at a nearby UPS facility for pickup with a valid photo ID.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping through DHL. 
  • Shipping costs are based on the order value and destination country, with delivery typically within 3-7 business days, subject to customs regulations.
  • For time-sensitive orders, we recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks in advance.
  • International Import Fees: These are the responsibility of the client and vary depending on location. For inquiries or assistance, contact us at (646) 522-1049. Consultations are available before placing your order to ensure efficient shipping.

Exchanges

At Human Design Hawaii, every jewelry piece is intricately crafted to order, offering a personalized experience that aligns with your unique preferences.

Refunds & Returns: 

Due to the nature of our creations, we do NOT facilitate refunds or returns.

Store Credit Exchange: 

  • For website orders (excluding custom orders), if dissatisfied, you may send your jewelry back within 7 days of the delivery date for store credit.
  • To initiate this process, email us with your order number or, if unavailable, the last four digits of the card used, date of purchase, or the full name on the order.
  • Provide the name and email address of the recipient of the store credit in the email body.
  • We will email you a prepaid return shipping label, with the cost deducted from your store credit amount.

Quality Inspection: 

Upon receipt, our quality team will inspect the item for wear and tear. If unworn, we will issue the store credit. Excessive wear may invalidate the store credit, and the item will be returned to you after a return shipping invoice is paid.
