Lifetime Complimentary Repairs
We offer lifetime complimentary repairs for your piece, excluding the cost of shipping.
To request a repair, please email us with the following information:
- Your order number or the date of purchase along with the last four digits of the payment method used. If neither is available, please provide the name on the order.
- A photo of the damaged item.
- Your current return mailing address.
Process:
- Repairs are complimentary for a lifetime, excluding shipping costs for any items purchased directly on our website.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from our PO Box.
- After receiving your repair request, we will send you an invoice for the shipping cost both to and from. Upon payment, we will email you a prepaid label to ship the item back to us. Please use any small box or envelope if you do not have the original Human Design Hawaii shipping box.
Exceptions:
- Repairs are not complimentary if you paid less than the full amount for the product as disclosed on our website or if the repair requires us to replace a stone.
- If a stone replacement is required, you will be charged the current market rate of the stone.
- If you did not pay the full price of the product, a repair fee will be assessed upon receipt of the damaged item.
- Once you agree to the repair fee, we will proceed with the repair and send you an invoice for the repair. If you do not agree with the repair cost, you will only be charged for the shipping labels.
Insurance:
We highly encourage you to privately insure any fine jewelry or custom purchases in case of loss or damage by a third-party insurance company.

Custom Orders
Any designs purchased on our website qualify for free repairs, excluding shipping costs. Custom orders need to be privately insured and do not qualify for free repair but can be repaired for a fee. The fee will be assessed by our jeweler upon receipt of the product. Shipping charges apply to the customer for any repairs. We can assist you with the insurance process for custom orders.
Complimentary Resizing
We provide complimentary resizing for solid gold or silver rings within the first 14 days from the date of shipment of your ring, as long as the ring is not custom or engraved. Shipping rates apply to the customer for shipping to and from our PO Box.
Resizing Fees:
- If resizing is needed beyond the 14-day grace period, a fee will apply plus shipping.
- For custom-made or engraved rings, a resizing fee will apply regardless of the time frame plus shipping.
