Our comprehensive sizing kit is designed to help you measure accurately for rings, bracelets, necklaces, and earrings. This kit includes:

  • Ring Sizer Tool: A set of various rings to help you determine your perfect ring size.
  • Ring Band Thickness: Different rings to help you determine the band thickness you like.
  • Wrist Sizer: Rings and loops for measuring size, along with various chains and extenders, can help you test and confirm the correct sizing and determine if an extender is needed and its appropriate length.
  • Earring Sizer: Calipers, loops, and backings to determine style and sizing.
  • Bracelet and Anklet Sizer: Use a measuring tape to determine your exact ankle size, and use various chains and extenders to test how much larger you want the fit to be.
  • Necklace Sizer: Use a measuring tape to determine your exact neck size, and then test different chains and extenders to see how much additional length you prefer. For pendants, use calipers to measure the exact size and thickness you want. We will provide various-sized discs that you can attach to the chain to visually compare sizing options and make adjustments.

Planning a surprise? Use our jewelry sizing kit in advance to discreetly gather all the necessary measurements without giving away the surprise. Here are some additional tips to find your partner’s size without them knowing:
  1. Ask Friends or Family: They might know your partner’s size.
  2. Borrow a Piece: Borrow an existing piece of jewelry for the intended finger, wrist, neck, or ear and measure it.

Sizing Kit Return Policy

For remote clients, a fee will be charged if the sizing kit is not returned in perfect condition. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable and are not included in the refund. If the kit is returned in perfect condition, we will refund the cost of the kit, minus the shipping fees.

In-person sizing appointments can be scheduled through the homepage of our website. 

Complimentary Resize Policy

We offer complimentary resizing under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Available for solid gold or silver jewelry pieces that are not custom or engraved.
  • Time Frame: Must be within the first 14 days from the package’s scanned delivery date.
  • Shipping Costs: Customer pays shipping to and from our PO Box.

Out of Grace Period or Custom Jewelry:

  • If resizing is needed outside the 14-day grace period, a fee will apply plus shipping.
  • For custom-made or engraved jewelry, a resizing and shipping fee will apply regardless of any time frame.

  • Use the Right Tools: Use the included tools in our sizing kit—metal rings for rings, measuring tape for bracelets and necklaces, and a gauge for earrings—to ensure precision.
  • Check Multiple Times: Measure multiple times, ideally on different days, to account for natural size fluctuations.
  • Consider Specific Jewelry Types: Each piece will have its own sizing requirements. If you intend to wear it with other jewelry you already have, consider the size and weight of the new piece as well as how it will coordinate with the size, weight, and design of your existing pieces.
