How to Request A Repair:
Log into your account and go to My Account > Repairs.
Submit a repair request form by selecting your order and uploading up to 5 images of the damage.
Let us know if a stone is missing (a replacement fee will apply at current market rates).
Add any notes or instructions you’d like us to know.
Once submitted, you’ll automatically receive a payment link for your shipping invoice.
You can check your repair status anytime by visiting My Account > Repairs.
Statuses include:
Pending
Processing
Completed
Rejected
We highly encourage you to privately insure any fine jewelry or custom purchases in case of loss or damage by a third-party insurance company.


We provide complimentary resizing for solid gold or silver rings within the first 14 days from the date of shipment of your ring, as long as the ring is not custom or engraved. Shipping rates apply to the customer for shipping to and from our design studios.
