REPAIRS & WARRANTY

 

We will repair your piece at no cost for a lifetime less the cost of shipping. 

To request a repair please email us with all of the following:

• Your order number or date of purchase with the last four digits of the payment method used. If you do not have either of these options please send us the name on the order.
• A photo of the damaged item 
• Your current “return” mailing address

 

Repairs are complimentary for a lifetime less the cost of shipping. The customer is responsible for payment of shipment to and from our PO Box. Once we get your return request we will send you an invoice for the cost of the shipping. Once this invoice is paid we will email you the pre-paid label so you can ship the item back to us. Please use any small box or envelope if you do not have the logo Human Design Hawaii shipping box it was originally shipped in. 

Once we receive your item, we will work on the repair and send you an invoice of the return shipping fee to your email.

The only instances in which your repair will not be complimentary is if you paid less than the full amount for the product disclosed on our website or if your repair requires us to replace a stone.

If your item requires replacement of a stone you will be additionally charged the current market rate of the stone.

If you did not pay the full price of the product as disclosed on our website you will incur a repair fee which will be assessed once the damaged item is received by us. Once you agree to the repair fee we will move forward with the repair. You will receive an invoice for the repair + return shipping. In the case you do not agree with the repair cost you will be charged for the return shipping only. 

We highly encourage you to privately insure any fine jewelry or custom purchases in case of loss or damage by a third-party insurance company.

Any designs purchased on our website specifically qualify for free repairs less the cost of shipping. Any custom orders need to be privately insured and do not qualify for free repair but can be repaired for a fee. The fee will be assessed by our jeweler upon receipt of the product. Shipping charges apply to the customer for any repairs. We highly encourage you to insure your custom orders with a third party. We can help you with this process. 

 

COMPLIMENTARY RESIZING  

We provide complimentary resizing, as long as the ring is not custom or engraved within the first 14 days of receiving your ring if the ring is solid gold or silver. Shipping rates apply to the customer for receipt to and from our PO Box. If any ring needs to be resized out of the 14-day grace period, a fee will apply plus shipping. If any ring needs to be resized that is custom made or engraved, a fee will apply. Please email shophumandesign@gmail.com with your inquiry.
